at Harvey wanting to hook up with Gubers mom.
"I have a condom"

I thought this ep was better then the last couple but still nothing very special. At least we got a break from Brooke.

Oh goodness. Well, what a crappy way to go, IMO. It was sort of abrupt, which is kind of good, in that it isn't dragged on and on, but it was very unsatisfying. It makes sense, though, since the actress who played Ms. Woods was never added to the cast, anyways.

The rest of the episode was nothing special, so whatever. None of those relationships are terribly interesting, and I only found Harvey mildly amusing. They had to have the singing come back though, didn't they? Ugh.

*Yawn*

Some great one-liners, however.

The condom line
"This troubled, confused teenage girl ... Is she cute?" (Forgot the exact words despite replaying it five times on my Tivo).

I won't miss Kimberly at all. She was annoying from day one, and every time I look at her, I see Michael Jackson.

Honk!

Yeah I see that.

Also, what is the deal with all the singers in this season? Cant they come up with something that is not musical? (next episode)

The singing is only to increase now with Tamyra Gray joing the cast. Does anyone know how long she's going to be on the show?

Let's hope she runs into Kim Bauer being chased by a mountain lion -- which in turn mauls them both...

I thought this ep wasn't bad.

Hell, compared to last week's, it was downright oscar worthy.

And that's one newbie down...two more to go.

I didn't mind Ms. Woods, she was cute, but she did run into a teacher's worst-case scenario every freaking week! Oh well, so long lady...The one highlight of this show for me was the Danny Hanson didn't lose his little banker girlfriend - yet. I will be surprised if this lasts the rest of the season. Harvey's outright honesty is one of the show's only redeeming qualities, if it has any.

I might have to miss the American Idol episode - even if it has more of a storyline involving Ms. Sutter, who looked reallly good last night.

At least this episode actually had a bar-level band playing at the bar.

I had to laugh at last week's line "What are the Counting Crows doing playing at Doyle's?"

It was so lame.

I really have to agree. While I was watching this episode, I was thinking, "Wow, this is a really good episode." But then after I thought about it, I was just SO used to the repeatedly bad episodes this season that I only thought this one was good. It wasn't actually that great... plus Marla singing at the VERY end just when I thought we'd escape with only hearing Guber's minuet doomed it.

Nice to see Mrs. Babish still getting work.

Mom: "You want me to go outside and freeze to death?"

Guber: "Is that an offer ?"

Umm, why was Goobers mother at school for like 1 week? Did she get lost? She kept wandering around early in the morning, and late at night.

In a related AI note, Justin Guarini will appear on the last episode of "Oz".
Bidding is up to 2 packs of Kools.

Honk!
