My friend told me he heard that 'Watching Ellie' is returning in March. Anyone know what time slot NBC is going to put it in? I am hoping it is not going to replace In Laws' timeslot. The Just Shoot Me lead-in sucks.

Anyway.... are they chaging the format of the show also? More than just 22 minutes of her life? In any case I'll be watching..

Yes, they've ditched the real-time format. It's just another sitcom now.

Great to hear the show is returning - it was damn funny.

Sucks to hear they're changing the format - we don't need anymore formula s*it-coms on NBC.

I didn't like the ticker they used in early episodes, and they ditched that, but the real-time format worked very well, and it was incredibly funny during those last few episodes that aired.

I caught an episode of this when it aired and thought it was funny. Just never remembered when it was on. Hopefully it sticks around longer than the rest of the Seinfeld cast.

Thank God! Though if it's up against anything decent I won't bother tuning in to see it. Real time was a bad idea.

It is probably going to hit Tuesday... I hope they move Hidden Hills to pre-Frasier and then put Ellie post-Frasier. Too bad she can't sit on Thursday I doubt they move Scrubs or Good Morning Miami over to Tuesday... but then again with NBC you never know.
