R S T L N E
What 3 consonants and one vowel would you pick?
Do you think they would let you pick Y as your vowel, do you think they only let some people pick that. That wouldn't be very nice. You would say Y and Pat would say, sorry buddy, not today. If you absolutley knew what it was(fat chance) with the RSTLNE they give you, would you pick QXZ and I just to be the first to ever have picked that combination, I would. Anyway, I would pick H P F and I yes for no reason, i know sometimes it helps if you see the puzzle to fish, but without fishing, I mean come on this is Otter Farm, we don't have no stinkin fish........ |

how can you people not know R S T L and E?
|
F, C, K, and U, Pat.
;) Actually, going without a puzzle and just guessing what the next most common letters would be, I'd pick M, C, D, and A. |
I did know one of them without any letters. Would have been fun to simply say "don't need any damned letters". :)
That being said, I'd always go for TSR, E as the basic 3+1 combination, probably adding the more common letters as I was allowed. |
that's terrible
Look what WhoGirl said -ohbfrank- F, C, K, and U, Pat. That would be the single greatest episode of WOF ever, that would show up in that Greatest Game Show Moments alongside "In the a**" fo sho and look, someone actually picked some letters!! FREE SPIN for WhoGirl |

M C L and A but like others said, it's hard without a puzzle to try to guess
|
So - do you actually get some "free" letters with WoF in the States? Over here you get to choose a minimum 3+1 (and more, depending on how you went through the round), but you don't by default get a standard set.
|
Yes, once in a while though, they do no good! they show nothing :P
|
I'll take some P, R, N and O Pat.
|
I'm going to have to go with L, O, C, and K.
Is Breastline a word? |
|
I hate that show. More like Wheel of Torture.
|
When I was a kid, a fantasy-book-reading kid, I always thought it was cool that the free letters were RSTLN and E. You know, because of Raistlin from Dragonlance.
|
I hate that show because the people on it are clueless most of the time - on top of that, just because someone told them that CDM & A are the next most common, they pick them even though more often than not they won't fit in the puzzle...there's always some better show in syndication to watch though at that time, so no worries.

Originally posted by sdcrym Actually, you don't have to say the three consonants before you say the vowel. Sometimes, the contestants think they're clever and shout out A, B, C, D really quickly, and the letters are displayed on the screen in that order. So it should be... F, U, C, K, Pat. Get it? Har har. Why the hell did this thread come back? :whofart: |
Without knowing what RSTLNE give you, it's hard to decide what other 3 words and 1 vowel to pick. But if I have to pick something now, I think I would pick D, H, M, and A.

question, I saw an ad that said that the host was also doing some thing for fox news and he quit wheel, true?
