Will Seth Green or David Boreanz Ever Appear on "Buffy" Again?

Well?

Since, the series is ending this season and they seem to be wrapping up various different characters' stories. So will Oz or Angel ever make an appearance before the show ends?

Seth Green is almost a definite no. Their's no point now that Willow is gay.

As far as Boreanz, it's unlikely. There have been rumors about a crossover but if I had to bet I'd bet no crossover.

I also really doubt we will see Oz again, but anything is possible on Buffy. It seems like Buffy's mom is logging almost as much screen time in the afterlife as she did in Season 4 when Buffy was in college.

Whether or not we see Angel in a crossover is a more complicated issue because of the competing networks thing, but I think there should be at least a minor appearance by Angel if they can't pull off a substantial crossover since they are trying so hard to bring the show full circle to its beginnings.

Is Willow a lesbian or bi-sexual?

Damned tricky labels.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the character is supposed to be fully gay now.

That's good. No point to doing something half ass.

I don't understand why this would be an issue at all. Isn't it the PRODUCTION company that controls this and not the network running the show?

I seem to recall a cross-over between Ally McBeal (FOX) and The Practice (ABC) a few years ago.

Oz's story has, for all intents and purposes, been wrapped up.

I believe Joss has said there will be NO crossover in the future.
