alright, we know nina is the mole and kills jamey in that room instead of her commiting suicide like thought. but after wathing the episode where jamey does die, it doesnt make any sense on how nina could have done it. she says something like "lets give her a few min to her self" the camera cuts to another scene for around 3 or 4 min. then when we go back to them, nina is with tony and milo. since it seems like nina was there the entire time, how could she go in that room, kill jamey with the taser, erase the master copy of the security tape (we learn that at the end of season 1 that she got rid of it), and then get back to tony and the gang in time to hear everything.

can someone attempt to explain this or is this just a big plot hole. (i was watching this last night with my dad and just noticed this, so i know all the back story and all the info,)

you're making an assumption that nina was with tony and milo the whole time.. and as we all know, "when you assume, you make an ass out of u and me"... the word you used is "seems".. that is not a definite, now is it?!

for the same reason, how come we never once saw any of the characters take an extended bathroom break during the entire first season?! i mean, with all the characters they were following, odds are that at least one of them would've taken a 10-minute bathroom break at some point. or just a break, in general..

what it boils down to is: suspension of disbelief. the whole show is riddled with implausibilities, not just the incidence you pointed out.

I haven't seen this since it ran originally, but it's totally possible that she really did kill herself. Seemed to me that you had 2 moles in CTU that were not necessarily aware of each other's roles.

If I remember right they recovered the video from the room where Jaime was being held and it showed Nina cutting her. that confirmed to Mason that she was a mole.

you are remembering correctly. in the last episode, jack was trying to convince george that nina was the bad guy but george didn't believe him so jack had the video clearly showing nina kill jamie dug up and sent to george to convince him.

The reason for this is that when they filmed Jamey's suicide they hadn't decided who the Mole was going to be or even if she was really murdered. It's just what happens when you make these things up as you go along.
