Once and Again?

• Quoth Meatpants •
Farscape?

You are correct, sir. While Once & Again did in fact kick ass, it was never ABC's flagship show nor was it "guaranteed" a 4th and 5th season.

Sci-Fi promised the producers and the fans 44 new episodes of Farscape. 11 episodes later, the show was put on hiatus and told only 11 more episodes would air ... 4 months later.

If you think that's deceptive and evil, you haven't heard the half of it.

You can read all about it at http://www.savefarscape.com - time will tell, but I imagine this will be larger than the O & A campaign by a significant margin when all is said and done.

Your turn ...

das

Name at least two network series that starred or featured a monkey/chimp/gorilla

Does network mean the big 4? ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox?

If not:
"Friends" - Marcel
"Son of the Beach" - Spank the Monkey

I was thinking more in terms of "monkeys in a starring role".

OK, an easy one:
What do Charles Haid, Dennis Franz and Julianna Margulies all have in common?

Three people who have never been in my kitchen.

Decker 09-16-02 01:26 PM

Helloooo, any one there? This shouldn't be that tough and I have to get back to work in a minute

While that may be correct, it's not what I was looking for.
But that brings up a good side challenge: What were the catagories Cliff competed in in the first round of Jeopardy?

You are correct, sir. I guess we'll leave the main question hanging for a bit and you can run with another question if you like.

Okay - what was the name of KITT's evil counterpart (and the original prototype) on Knight Rider? Also, what did the name stand for.?

That's funny...I was gonna ask a Knight Rider question myself...though not this one. I don't know the answer to this one. :(

No, that would be Julianna Magulies, David Caruso and everyone who has ever appeared on Law & Order ;)

At least you're trying, though

rmoore 09-16-02 01:58 PM

Kitts counterpart was KARR

Yeah, I have no idea who Charles Haid is and I never watched NYPD Blue (I think that's where Franz is from) or ER (Marguiles?).

Here's another shot in the dark....people who've showed their asses on TV?

Yes but what about Part 2 of the question.

The "K" has to be Knight, since KITT stands for Knight Industries (Industrial?) Two Thousand.

So I'll guess....

Knight Automobile Rocket Racer.... Man, what a horrible guess.

Sorry Red I missed the second part. If my memory serves I think it stood for this..
