Mash Commercial for Diabetes Education

Nice diabetes commercial. It was set up as a MASH skit and had the real life Col. Potter (Harry Morgan), and Radar (Gary Burghoff), and Klinger (Jamie Farr), though of course they are ~ 20 years older than they were in MASH.

It was a commercial for the American Society of Diabetes Education and had Klinger in front of a table full of deserts, and dealt with him eating all of the sugar in order to "catch" diabetes, then Radar and Col. Potter came in to educate him about diabetes.

Good to see them again.

I did a double-take when I first saw it. Col. Potter has certainly aged well, he doesn't look a day over 127.

Honk!

When I saw Harry Morgan all I thought was "smack mah bitch up".

I saw a recent pic of Loretta Swit and she didn't look bad. She had makeup on and I guess I'm used to seeing her in toned down makeup for the show.

To bad she couldn't be in this ad.

I believe that I was watching NBC, though it may have been ABC. It was a late night public service announcement.
