Alias Season 1 Help Needed

Was wondering if anyone could give me a cliff notes version of the second half of last season? I saw up until and including the Tarrantino eps. I think I have all the rest Tivo'ed but I wont have time to watch them before tonights premiere. What do I need to know and what should I expect? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You may not have time, but for others with this same question, ABC Family is hosting an all day Alias marathon today from 11 a.m. CST until the premiere on ABC.
