Does anyone understand how the carpenter thing worked... they said they need to work 2 no shows and 3 no works... Do they just figure out ways for the union to let people not work but get paid but they have to be there? but he could pull 2 days of no shows? I really didn't understand what they were doing.

I think someone clocks in the no shows for them and they just don't show up and the no works just come to work and just sit there.
