"Twins" TV Show
 

In the early to mid 90s, I would watch this hour long show called "Twins", it came on at midnight on Saturday nights. The premise was this guy whose evil twin brother had committed a crime and the cops were chasing him (the good brother). It was kind of like the Fugitive, he would go around basically helping people beause he was such a good guy, then the cops would show up and he would escape. It was fairly low budget, but was a decent show.

About the only other thing that I remember is that the show was filmed in Canada.
