Buffy on FX - I'm annoyed!

What the heck is going on??? Last week, we had just gotten Season 3 underway and suddenly today (Monday), they're in Season 5 already. At least I think it's season 5, Glory was just introduced...

I thought FX would be showing everything in order. Sigh...what happened to the 2 episodes a day?

I'm not sure what's up with what you saw. FX was playing Heat here. Be sure to catch it tomorrow, though. Season 3 resumes with Band Candy, as David_M said.

Also, to keep yourself informed on when new season 3 shows are aired, check www.buffyguide.com for episode titles and then www.tvguide.com to see when they'll be on. Last time I checked, season 3 will be shown all the way through, at about 3-4 episodes a week.

i think i figured out what happened...my tivo records all buffy episodes. it WAS on FX, but it was on at 8 am. strange hour, but whatever. i guess they probably were just filling up an hour.

on another topic (but still about buffy), my tivo MISSED buffy on FX on friday evening. at least according to the schedule that tivo had, it was supposed to be on at 7 pm. was buffy also cancelled on friday?

Nope, they showed Homecoming. Sorry that you missed it, it was a pretty good episode.

Spoiler:

Buffy and Cordelia compete for homecoming queen. Later they get attacked by people who think Cordelia is Faith.
Highpoints:
We finally see the Mayor, who's been hinted at as a villian since last season.
Xander and Willow smooching action.
Buffy tells Angel she's found someone new. The next day Chris dumps her.

You're right! It DID record it this time. But I'm still wondering why it missed Friday. There was no other overlapping show and besides, even if there were, Buffy has top priority in my season pass list.

www.fxnetworks.com has both the episode guide and the listings for when they'll be on

If I'm not mistaken their episode guide incorrectly numbers the episodes. For example they list the Homecoming epiosde as #13 of season 3 I think. This confused me until I visited a few other Buffy web sites for the correct info.
