I am disappointed to see First Monday axed. I can't believe that I am saying this, but CBS will get more attention from me than any of the other networks. I'll definitely watch King of Queens, CSI Miami (record it during football season), Survivor, and The Agency (record since it is Sat night). I'll catch CSI from time to time but I won't be religious about it.

While I rarely watch CBS, I admire them for sticking with their shows. I've often spoken about their willingness to develop shows instead of abruptly canning them like FOX and ABC do. Consequently they've developed strong ratings for shows that aren't great, but are good enough to hold an audience through the years. It looks like Mondays and Thursdays could be very strong for them again.

I think they do a pretty good job of counterprogramming, although I am curious to know the CSI demographic breakdown in how relates to the decision for putting CSI Miami against MNF. I assume that it has a strong male following because on Thursday, the main alternative is Will & Grace which I have to assume has a weak male following.

With Friends dying a slow death and ER w/o their main character, this might be the year that NBC loses Thursday supremacy.

Plus, it will also be CSI:Miami vs. Crossing Jordan. That'll be an interesting showdown.

I think CSI: Miami will hold its own and become one of the most watched shows on Monday night, even if it is up against MNF.

It lists these as cancelled: Citizen Baines, Danny, The Education of Max Bickford, The Ellen Show, Family Law, First Monday, That's Life and Wolf Lake.

Does this mean Baby Bob is coming back midseason? :D

I'm kind of bummed that CSI Miami is going against Crossing Jordan, which my wife and I like a lot. I think I'll proably have my Tivo record Jordan and then have it catch CSI Miami reruns in the following summer......

Very mad about the canning of Family Law.

However, they did make up for it a little by moving the horrid Becker off of Monday night so I don't have to suffer through ending up watching it.

I was wondering where Baby Bob is also, perhaps he will be back mid-season.

"CSI: Miami" is a definite watch, and "Hack" has a good cast!
