armageddon editing on abc?
 

is it just me or did they edit out more then just the bad words on this tonight? i just saw the opening and i seem to remember at least the top of the chrysler building falling and the wide shot of new york smoking at the end of the initial meteor shower.

I wasn't paying close attention but I'm pretty sure I saw something along the lines of "due to some violent content and sensitiveness surrounding current events, viewer discretion is advised" warning at the beginning.
Makes sense to me-especially with all the problems we've had with asteroids lately.

I'm sure the asteroids would back off if we just gave them half the moon and let them sell iron-ferrite to us for an exhorbitantly high price.

they edited out the last scene where they show everyone at the wedding.

But that's what brings the whole movie together, knowing that no matter what asteroid tries to hit the earth, Ben Affleck still looks stupid in a suit.

I certainly hope they added about an hour and a half out. There isnt much entertaining in it.
This movie is another Bruchemier fiasco isnt it?
And why are you watching it on TV with commercial interruptions?
