Tonight's the first time in awhile that I watched the show. I'd caught a preview and saw what was going on with Lipshitz and knew I had to watch. Plus, that Dana Poole chick is hot and I wanted to see what would happen between her and Harry. Next week looks promising. And Gruber telling off Lauren was excellent!

I missed it. So did Lipshultz' "son" turn out to be his estranged love-child with Marla or Marilyn?

I love Tony Todd! He's had some great Star Trek appearances, usually as a Klingon. But he also played the grown-up Jake Sisko in the stellar Deep Space 9 episode "The Visitor" which is my all-time favorite hour of Trek ever!
That episode makes me cry like a baby every time I see it and I've seen it at least 10 times.
I also admit to tearing up at the end of this episode when Lipschultz lost it. Great storyline, especially for a man who has no family.

It's Louisa. (BTW, she's played by Rashida Jones, the daughter of Quincy Jones and Peggy Lipton).
Lipshultz's breakdown at the was tear-inducing (very good performance). The look on the grandson's face was priceless. What was amazing was how many lives Lipshultz touched by having that one night stand. None of that family would have been there if he didn't get jungle fever before shipping out to WWII.
It's amazing how much older Dana looked after just one year of college. She's totally got a thing for Senate, and Senate isn't telling her to stay away.
The tutoring for test tips was "blah". Whatever.
Next week looks to be the dinner party from hell.
