I can't really find any other words to describe it. It's got potential, but I don't think it will last long enough to get there.

I really liked the show. I has some real potential. The only problem I had was the way only about half of the show as <i>actually</i> happening due to all the "Ok, that's not what really happened" stuff. Though those little things were pretty funny, I can see the gimmick getting kinda old. Though that mermaid thing was pretty damn funny. :)

I laughed out loud right off the bat. The alarm clock electrocution thing jsut tickled me... and i recall laughing out loud at least 4 or 5 times... Like the trash can over the head thing.. :lol:

it was a great first episode, but i can definitely see the "ok that's not what really happened" gag getting old. but it would still be good if they did that about half as much as they did in the first episode.

It was pretty good, but it's no Undeclared. They should replace That 80's Show with this and bring back Undeclared.

Anyone know who does the theme song for this show?

Man, I must be in the minority here, because I thought it was just awful. I'd gladly take Undeclared or That 80's Show over this anyday.

I'm not sure what I think of the show yet. It had is good moments and then some that just seemed to drag. I really hope this show hits its potential so I have something to watch while Buffy is in reruns :)

I also liked it, todays episode just set up and introduced the characters so it will be interesting to see how the show will go. The oldman who started the company is hilarious. I love Undeclared, but if it has to go this show would do fine, if we could only get rid of That 80s Show though.

I liked it too, but I don't think I'll plan my night around it in the future.

I missed the first part of the show because my Tivo didn't change channels correctly.

Good stuff. Very cynical and dry, but with an underlying heart to it. I think the "that's not what really happened" thing got a little old, but sometimes it was great (like the puppy jacket). Great to have Andy back on TV, and it looks like they've build a great supporting cast (especially with Rick Hoffman as the a-hole boss). I hope this one just gets better with time.

Andy has my sense of humor, and I loved nearly all of the jokes and the sensibility..... BUT, it did seem a tad awkward. The imagination gag was uneven- The 'morning wake up' was neat, as was the 'what we did when we hung out' sequence, but there were out of place bits like the superhero ending and such that felt forced. Also, there was waaayyyy too much effort made to explain the gag (yeah I know its a pilot), they should never enven explain it, just let it happen. I'll watch it. At least it doesnt have a laugh track or a regular 'hangout spot' or a 'wacky' neighbor.

I thought it was pretty good. It has the same gag as Scrubs but not done as well. This was only the pilot so it should get better. And to whomever said 80's show was better than this, you probably didn't understand this show. Please stick to Home Improvement reruns.

Considering that I hate most prime-time sitcoms, I thought it was funny. Everyone loves a chubby guy in comedy. I will definetely watch it again.

I just heard on TV that the show had 10 million viewers. Not that bad considering it is was the premiere. Let's Just hope that ALL 10 million and more continue to watch it! I am tired of liking a show and then having it canceled on me! I miss you Familly Guy!!!

Finally watched it, and I finally busted out LOL when he threw his draftman officemate into the coffee table. Will watch more "Andy". His boss was hot as well! Mmmm...

They kept showing her in that mustard-colored outfit during the promos for the show. Not like I wouldn't watch it anyway, but certainly some extra incentive ...

This show had me ROTFL! That hasn't happened in a long time. It even had two gratuitous Star Wars references to boot.
1) The Gungan-like city getting blown up.
2) When they were telling the guy he missed the mistake, he held the blueprint up for just a second and it looked just like the escape pod from Episode IV.
How cool is that!?! :)

I watched the rerun of the premiere tonight and I must say I enjoyed it. I was getting a little tired of the showing something that happens, then rewinding and showing what really happened though. But awesome use of a scene from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie at the end there. :) I will probably set the VCR to tape this since Watching Ellie gets priority on the Tivo.

Caught the rerun last night. This is my new favorite show.
