Ad Agencies Aren't Even Trying
So, I'm watching the NCAA tournament non-stop like all good Americans should be doing and I see the following three ads in succession:
Pepsi: For Those Who Think Young As the generations pass, we see the evolution of the Pepsi product and its perpetually annoying jingle. Burger King: You Can Have it Your Way As the generations pass, we see the evolution of the Burger King product and its perpetually annoying jingle. Mercedes Benz: Unchained Melody As the generations pass, we see the evolution of the Mercedes Benz and annoying variations on "Unchained Melody." Let's give it up for originality. das |

I'll be glad when winter is over.
If I see on more ad with an SUV blasting through snow I'm gonna wretch. Can't they come up with any other ideas to sucker people into buying these things?!? |
anyone notice the verizon guy in the NBC show promos last week?... that was pretty interesting, but annoying.
I guess the ad companies are going with what works. can't say I blame them, but the concept is getting just a bit overused now. |
