Caroline Rhea to host "Rosie" on Fridays as a test drive...
Rosie just announced that starting tomorrow, Caroline Rhea is going to subbing (guest-hosting) for her on Fridays for the rest of the season "to get the feel of the show"...

Caroline Rhea guest hosted for a week already and did so before also this season.
She is replacing Rosie when Rosie leaves the show this season.
I didn't get to watch Rosie today because my CBS station airs it at 4pm instead of live at 10 and there was some sort of basketball-boring game on. Now if it was hockey, I would have forgiven them.

Does Caroline Rhea remind anyone else of a pig?
No really, not trying to be mean. Her face has always made me think of Miss Piggy.
It's really hard for me to look at her without thinking of that classic Twilight Zone episode.

She was talking about Caroline yesterday on her show with Kelly Rippa. Saying how they both hope she does well. I had seen the week where Caroline had hosted while Rosie was on vacation and I thought she sucked. Too much time in between sentences where no one says anything. Not much of a flow. She interviewed John Edward and the interview didn't really say much about him and his skills. I wanted to know more. I keep waiting for when Rosie interviews him, as she said she would have him on with her hosting. I won't be watching when Rosie leaves.

Well this is just painful to watch. I'm not sure if William Shatner is ordinarily an idiot or if he's just trying to divert ours eyes from the train wreck of Caroline Rhea. I have no personal feelings towards her and didn't watch when she's guest hosted before. But, I watch Rosie daily and tuned in to see if Caroline would mention "the interview" at all. Instead I'm learning that I'll have one less show to Tivo come May 24th. That is, assuming Caroline's show ever makes it to the airwaves. No amount of practice could make this watchable.
Rosie may have her critics, but she's good at what she does and I enjoy getting her take on things. I'll miss her show.

I didn't get to see it. Low and behold the local CBS (KDKA) station has it and there is basketball on. If it was hockey (the only sport) I wouldn't care. They air Rosie at 4pm to compete with our ABC's airing of Ophra. The only two talk shows I watch are Live with Kelly (im never lookin' at Regis
