That was one of the funniest episodes in a long time. The whole Better of Dead parody had me rolling. That's one of my favorite movies. As soon as I heard Aha's "Take on Me" I knew I was in for a good episode.

I loved the whole Better Off Dead theme of the show. The Game Sphere episode is a classic.

I think this season is going to be the best one yet, finally got rid of Kenny.....and not much as been seen of Timmy yet either ....thank god. Anyway this episode was halarious. Better off Dead is one of my favorite movies so I loved the parady of it, and the old guy from pet semetary. He was also in the "Butters Only" episode last season. And then the Towlie episode "Thats it....thats the melody to funkytown"

I was sad when I realized that Kenny was gone, but the truth is that the joke was old after the first season.

That was a Better Off Dead spoof? I thought it was a generic spoof of 80s teen flicks in general. Makes sense to spoof a specific on, I guess.

It covered the whole 80's teen flick genre, they all had those stupid montages and guy overcomes the odds to win in the end storylines. However, the whole ski element was straight from Better off Dead.

People can claim that if Kenny doesn't come back, they aren't watching anymore, but Butters has actually gotten me interested in South Park again.

Kenny got old by the end of season one. I'm glad to see him back. Butters rocks. Timmy sucks.

People have been claiming they aren't going to watch if Kenny doesn't come back? I like Kenny, but Butters is cool too. Whatever they need to make me laugh I'm cool with. By the way wasn't like 2 episodes ago we saw Stan's hair? Isn't that the first time it as been shown? I might be mistaken I tuned out for a while on the show.

You must have not seen Hot Dog: The Movie or Ski School. It seemed to be getting inspiration from these as well. Oh where has the 80's teen sex movie genre gone?

There was at least one other time we saw Stan's hair - it was the episode with the "ass-faced" people, which opened with the kids getting their school photos. You saw a browned-haired kid in the chair and it made you think "who is that kid?". Then he puts his hat on and suddenly he turns into Stan!

Yeah, Better Off Dead was not the originator/sole teensex ski film- It was the best, but not the first (Hot Dog predates it). Also, I recall a movie called Snow Balls (the cover of which had two large snowballs rolling down a hill after some stud and/or his ski bunnies).

Thanks for the Total Recall referance. I knew it was familair but I was shaking my brain, scooping it out of myhead, and sifting through it trying to figure out the referance.

I didn'tcatch it from the begining so I thought that I had missed Kenny's death. It would be cool if he would show up every once in awhile (maybe at the beginning of each season) but I agree that the joke was getting old and I agree that butters is quite funny.
