Anyone missing FRIENDS during the Olympics coverage?
 

SPOILERS BELOW:



This is almost as bad as a season finale...It's not like we have to wait all summer long for the answers, but:

With Joey's heartfelt confession to Ross at the end of the last new episode, viewers were left to dwell on the paleontologist's reaction for the next THREE weeks due to the Winter Olympics coverage on NBC.

Damn! Why didn't the Olympics go to a network no one cares about like UPN or the WB?? (or even ABC for that matter!)



Don't give me wrong, I love a triple axel or two, but the suspense is killing me!

I KNOW!!!! I need a friends fix!!

For me, it's perfect. I watch some 70 or so hours of television each week, and only two of those are on NBC. So, I'm missing <I>The West Wing</I> and only watch <I>Crossing Jordan</I> because Mondays at 10pm is a barren wasteland of TV otherwise. When it comes to missing shows, NBC is the perfect network.

My real gripe would be that their Olympics coverage is as bad as their tired shows. I'd rather see it on a network whose sports coverage isn't a joke. That doesn't leave many contenders unfortunately.

I agree. The bulk of the shows I watch are on NBC and CBS. I wish the olympics would have went somewhere else. I only watch a total of 1 show on WB, FOX, and ABC. I don't watch anything on UPN.

I miss friends, but I have been enjoying the olympic coverage.
But I agree that this is almost as bad as a season finale...I really want to see Ross's reaction to Joey's confession and I hope that Joey and Rachel will get together.

I think it was great how they ended the shot with "It's Rachel" and Ross just stops at the door.

But yeah, I need my Friends fix too.

I miss conan more then anything. :(

Take that from what it's worth, I'm doing my best from memory (commercial was last night during ice skating)

Ooooooh....damn.

I haven't seen that commercial, I've only seen the one about the show coming back next season.
Oh well, I'm still looking forward to seeing Rachel's reaction. :p

I don't really miss it. I usually catch it when I can, but it's more of a "comfortable" show than a must-see for me.

I'm really missing Scrubs and Conan.

The ads that they've been showing for <B>Scrubs</B> during the Olympics make it seem like it's the stupidest show on television. I've seen it and know it's great, and even I don't want to watch it after those promos.
