Which 5 Mins of 'The Practice' Were the Most Compelling I've Ever Seen?

OK, so the promos said ... "Next week on The Practice, the most compelling 5 minutes of television you will ever see." Well, I watched the episode, like I do every Sunday, and I'm not sure which 5 minutes were the compelling ones? Anyone know?

I'm thinking it was between 0:41 and 0:46, but that's just a ballpark guess. I'd like to get this cleared up, because 24 claims IT has an ending so compelling, it will change my life. I'm assuming this ending is also in the range of about 5 minutes, and I'd like to compare.

Seriously, anyone see The Practice last night? I thought it was average. I'm happy there wasn't a wildly contrived twist ending like we have been served for the past couple of seasons. Still, it would be nice to know which 5 minutes are the ones to remember.

as to the ending twist comment(might spoil the real ending)
Spoiler:
I was expecting them to find out both guys were rapists, going to houses together and taking turns, one guy gets one house, the next house going to the other guy, with lindsay's client raping the woman who they didn't have a dna test for

For some reason I have stopped watching the Practice. I remember watching the season's premiere (a two parter?), and after that I just must have forgotten that it is on or something. I haven't watched it since. I think it has dropped in the ratings also? Not sure, I think I remembered saying that to myself when I was checking them one day. Maybe I will write myself a note to remember to watch and check out what is going on. It was one of my favorite shows last season. I seem to like Family Law better though.

Well, I mentioned this once before in a post, but since last night Bobby
Spoiler:
got his ass kicked and almost died
, it bears repeating:
This is a very small law practice, and yet Jimmy has been shot, Lindsey was neally fatally stabbed, Elenore was attacked by a serial killer, Rebecca was blown up by a bomb in the office, and now Bobby?? If I were Eugene, I'd be looking to move real soon. Can you imagine what their insurance premiums must be?
I think David Kelley has gone to the well at least once to often on these "plot twists", don't you?

Just think about Winslow High! School shootings, hostages, etc.

These things happen every day but just not at ONE school. Same with this law firm :)

Well, to be fair, I forgot about last season when prosicutor Richard Bey was assasinated by one of Bobby's clients, so maybe boston is just a dangerous town to practice law. If only life were really this difficult for lawyers (j/k ;))

By the way, that IS a big claim that they made about next week's show. The most compelling five minutes of TV I've ever seen was late night on Cinemax, so they have their work cut out for them. :)
