Not surprising, but unfortunate. Not unlike The Tick himself, this show hadn't found its legs yet. Putting it up against the NBC and CBS Thursday night ratings machines was just stupid. Personally, I didn't find the show very good in its live action form, but it never had a chance anyway. :(

I was gathering it wouldn't last too long when I had heard that they were going to do a live action Tick show. But hey - never hurts to take a chance.

I thought the show was great. It was casted perfectly and it was written very well. Fox killed the show. They could have put this on Sunday instead of Malcolm and it would have done great. Malcolm is strong enough to be moved I think. Or they could have given it one of the multiple slots that the 70's show has. That show should be called "That 7 Days Show" since it is on almost everyday. Good show too but not needed every night.

Did the same thing to Freakylinks and then The Lone Gunmen. I have a love-hate relationship with the great FOX. I enjoy their content until they eliminate it. :(

this show can find a home on the comedy central i'm sure and would be pretty successful, this show was destined for failure on network tv anyway, i don't know why they even tried

No surprise here...

As much as I love the tick, it was no surprise to me.. you put it up against thursday night line up that NBC, CBS, and the other networks have.. and you wouldn't expect it to survive long. :(

Inevitable the way they showed it, there was no way for audience to develop. Loved it as well here is hoping Comedy Central has the sense to at least pick up the canned episodes. Warburton was terrific it certainly wasn't is fault he gave it his all.

Sad, but too funny that in todays USA Today they listed Patrick Warburton as one of TVs most promising stars. Oh well, its not like the debacle when they cancelled the Ben Stiller Show which shortly thereafter won all kinds of awards for best comedy series.

They may not have produced enough shows to put it on another network. It didn't make it past the first season. I only saw one show. Alright but not much to judge it on.

It's a shame. I really loved Patrick Warburton as The TICK. He's a riot.

With no promotion whatsoever, FOX pitted it up against Survivor and NBC's Thursday night line-up - of course it was going to get axed.

I only caught it 3 times. I really wanted to watch it, but couldn't remember when it was on most of the time.

I'm still pissed at them about FreakyLinks, too. :( I liked that show.
