Who palyed Dr Crazy in that episode? He looked very familiar.

i don't know his name specifically, but i think that he has been on the west wing a couple of times this year as one of the campaign advisors.

Evan Handler's character in "It's Like, You Know" a Kramer-wannabe? I'm going to have to disagree with that. I always thought ILYK was better than Seinfeld, and wasn't given a chance.
