Tuesday 8 P.M. CST Timeslot...what to watch

I've watched Roswell from the beginning. Smallville looks promising after the first couple episodes. 24 looks to be like a great show from what I've heard thus far.

No NYPD Blue!?!?!?

That's my number one pick starting next month.

Next comes Roswell (or will it be Smallville) on VCR. Then I may try to see 24 when FX replays it the following Monday.

That's awesome...I didn't know that. I don't watch anything on Monday now, so that would be perfect.

I just searched TVguide.com for 24 and found I may have heard the FX add wrong. Looks like it might be on FX on Sunday night.

CST viewing times of 24 (hour 1):
Tues. 6 - 8:00pm - FOX
Fri. 9 - 8:00pm - FOX
Sun. 11 - 11:00pm - FX

You had me confused for a while with that CST nonsense. 'Roswell' lost me when it stopped being good. 'Smallville' has one more week to grab me before I bolt. I have to get WB and UPN from an alternate source, and it's a hassle, so it gets one more week before I hop on the 24 train. Otherwise, it's TiVo time. And yes, I'll be watching NYPD Blue as well.

I watched the Roswell premiere, and all of the previous seasons, but they've just about lost me. I skipped the "Alex's ghost" episode and I'm skipping this week's "Enterprise tie-in" episode...

I'm sticking with Smallville for the moment, but I'm not exactly excited about it so far.

24 certainly has my interest piqued, and may end up the winner...

I know, prime time starting at 7 pm. is just too weird.

I can't imagine racing home from work all fast and chowing dinner in order to watch the beginning of prime time every night.

Every time I used tohave business trips in Chicago it weirded me out. That and Letterman, Leno coming on at 10:30!

I've outgrown teen dramas, so it's "24" all the way for me, baby!

No kidding. I was ready to vote "That 70's Show."

I'll go with Smallville. 24 sounds cool, but it sounds like a show that you can't miss an episode, otherwise forget about catching up. Of course, if they replay it that many times...is that Friday night weekly replay on FOX permanent?

I'm recording both Smallville and 24. Never got into Roswell, in spite of the Katherine Hegl factor.

I doubt it. My guess is they just want as many people to see the pilot as possible, after we'll have to look for it at the normal time on Fox.

However,I did see the tail end of an ad on FX that (I think) stated that FX would be replaying each weeks episode of '24'. I hope this is the case.

Yeah, but then you have to stay up until 11:00 to see the news. Now that's just weird.

Funny, I thought it was weird watching tv when I was on a business trip in D.C. Primetime at 8 and Leno at 11:30...
