what is going on? its only been like 4 episodes and they are already showing repeats, out of order no less

They didn't put new episodes on tonight because there was a chance of a baseball game being on tonight.

Right, there was a baseball game scheduled to be seen on FOX, if necessary. Since the series is set, FOX probably didn't want to run new episodes (That 70's Show was a re-run also) without proper promotion.
