Whatever happened to

that "Space Hospital" show that a few commercials were shown for a season or two back-- it appeared that it was to be a comedy and it involved an "ER" type envoronment with aliens. Seemed to be based on James White's Sector General books. Did it fizzle before even the pilot?

Yeah, it died really fast. It was on UPN, which didnt help it.

i believe it was called Mercy Point, a cross between B5 & ER. At least a couple of eps. aired before it went silently into the void. i don't think it was a comedy though....

I saw a couple episodes of it... it was bad. Really bad. Even worse than Voyager... ;)

I liked Homeboys in Outer Space. It was a comedy, a parody, a satire. It was funny.

It doesn't look to be.
