|
"spins a web any size, catches thieves just like flies.."
|
"Lookout! here comes the Spider maaaaaan."
|
I downloaded .avis of these 60's classics off of usenet. So many great memories. I just wish I could find the Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk cartoons from the same era.
"When Captain America throws his mighty shield..." |
my Spidey-sense is tingling...

"Is he strong? Listen bud. He's got radioactive blood."

"Take a look, overhead"
"Hey there, there goes a Spider-Man !" |
"In the chill of night, at the scene of a crime,
Like a streak of light, he arrives just in time!" |
I have the SPIDER-MAN 60'S cartoons on dvd.
But I was trying to buy a set for my friend's kid because he likes those episodes, but I can't find them anywhere. Only used for high prices. Anybody know why they went out of print so soon? Is there maybe a better set being redone with extras? |
"Spider-Man, Spider-Man.
Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man" (Okay, I took the lame-o lyrics, someone else jump in with the next couplet!) |

70's version of SM. For fans of Electric Company. Note the future famous narrator, Morgan Freeman. :) |

But he couldn't do that in the cartoon, could he? He had to create devices to spin the webs for him. Pretty lame Spider Man if you ask me. More like "Stick to Walls Man." |
