Did you know Michael Ian Black (the guy who plays Phil Stubbs on Ed) was the voice and comedy behind the Pets.com Sock Puppet? I had no idea--there's a small blurb about it in this month's Wired magazine. Says he ad-libbed most of the lines. Pretty cool!

Damn, you're right. Frank Black was the main character in Millenium. All I can say is that it was late last night when I posted and my new baby is keeping me pretty groggy this week. Still, Jack and Ian look enough alike to be brothers.

That show was the BEST. Ah, gone are the days when I watched MTV...

I have every episode of the STate on VHS & if you guys ever get the chance to see a small independent movie called Big Helium Dog it stars Michael Ian Black & Kevin Smith & is one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my life. It will eventually see the light of day on DVD some day.

He was also funny as hell as Johny Blue Jeans on Viva Variety.
