Not counting folks who've had spinoffs with the same character, the ones I can think of are:
Heather Locklear has had 4 hits.
Tony Danza, Tim Busfield, Mark Harmon, Richard Masur, have been on 3 hit series.
These folks have been on at least 2:
Bob Newhart, Micahel J. Fox, Jimmy Smits, Tyne Daly, Janine Turner, Ted Danson, Kirstie Alley, Ken Olin, plus tons of others I'd bet.

Also since this thread is a decade old, Ted Danson can add CSI to Cheers and Becker for a triple.
A few more actors have been added to the doubles club in the last decade:

Bryan Cranston - Malcom in the Middle, Breaking Bad
Terri Hatcher - Lois & Clark, Desperate Housewives
On a smaller scale:
Joshua Jackson - Dawson's Creek & Fringe

You obviously don't get HBO. He's also a regular on Bored To Death and a recurring character (as himself) on Curb Your Enthusiasm. So that's an even five show, not counting the dud he did with his wife for CBS (called Ink) and his recurring role on Damages.

Forgot about Damages. Is Bored to Death a 'hit?' Never heard of it. And Curb? A bit part that averages out to roughly 2 episodes a year? Seems like a stretch when put up against his other roles.
