Season 3 - Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose
A man with psychic powers assists the agents with the hunt for a killer
such a good one, should be mandatory TV viewing

Season 5 - Detour
Agents investigate when several people disappear in a remote region of florida
Great atmosphere and scenery, was spooky

Season 5 - Bad Blood
Agents recount their versions of events that led to the killing of a teenager suspected of being a vampire
Mulder shoots that kid suspected of being a vampire, pulls out fake plastic teeth and says "Oh Sh*t!"

Season 3 - The Walk
A suicide attempt and subsequent murders at a military hospital brings Mulder and Scully into contact with a quadruple amputee veteran who may have the power of astral projection.

Season 5 - Dreamland
Scully and Mulder try desperately to put things right again, but Morris Fletcher doesn't want to swap back

And finally, the Genie episode (I looked everywhere and couldn't find the formal title or season) where these three hillbilly losers get three wishes each. One turns invisible and gets mowed down by a truck at the opening scene. And Mulder ends up getting three wishes, makes the whole world disappear, and finally releases the genie at the end, to enjoy her life. GREAT EPISODE! - anyone have info on this X-Files?

Best quote by far was Mulder telling her, "have you ever considered you might just be a bitch?!"

Season 1 - Deep Throat, E.B.E. and The Erlenmyer Flask

Season 2 - Little Green Men, Duane Berry/Ascention, Anasazi

Season 3 - Blessing Way/Paperclip, Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose, War of the Coprophages, Syzygy, Jose Chung's From Outer Space, Wetwired (first episode I actually saw)

Season 4 - Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man, Synchony, Demons

Season 5 - Unusual Suspects, Kill Switch, Bad Blood, Folie A Deux

Season 6 - Triangle, Arcadia, Monday, Field Trip

Season 7 - Millenium, Je Souhaite (the Genie episode btw)

Yes, I STILL watch it religously. Only show I do. I would Sopranos but I haven't had HBO since Season 1 so I must patiently (read frantically) wait for the DVD's

Heh, I noticed your list grows shorter as the seasons progress past Season 3.

Bleh, if they're only releasing every 6 months, that means I'll be 108 years old before I finally get the Genie episode. It was indeed very nice, but not sure I'll spend $100 for the one decent show of Season 7.

At the current (rather speedy, IMHO) rate of release, Season 7 will be out on DVD in May of 2003.

Are you really 106 years old?

But seriously, they are releasing 2 entire seasons every year in awesome boxed sets with high quality and great extras... I don't see how we can expect much better.

Some of my Favs include w/o goin into too much detail

1.The EP were we are treated to Scully and Mulder's identical tales of what happened on case. Mulder holding onto the bumper of the camper as is does doughnuts in the parking lot...lol

2. When Mulder gets lost in The Bermuda Triangle, great Ep! We are treated to a "Bizarro" Scully

Give me a random list of any episode before the film and I'll blindfold myself and point and call it my "favorite."

Give me a random list of any episode after the film and I'll blindfold myself and point and call it my "least favorite."

Give me a random list of any episode after the film with Doggett in it and I'll blindfold myself and slap you across the mouth so hard and with such accuracy that you'll be seeing stars for a week.

The one whith the Tarintino like retelling of alien sightings and assorted sillyness. "Home". "Beyond the Sea". and the one with Bruce Cambell as a demon.

'Home' was definitely a highlight.
Weirdest episode ever?
Possibly.

Season 1: #1 of the Season (Squeeze), Tooms, Eve, Roland, Ice, Fire, Darkness Falls, probably some more

Season 2:The Host, Duane Barry, Ascension, Humbug, Irrestible, Die Hand..., F.Emasculata, Red Museum, and my #1 for Season 2, Fearful Symmetry

Season 3: Blessing Way, Cylde Bruckman..., Oubliette, Nisei, War of the Coprophages, Apocrypha, Piper Maru, Hell Money, Jose Chung..., Wetwired, and my #1 for Season 3: DPO

It starts getting really small from here
Season 4: Ummm Herronvolk and Musings from a Cigarette Smoking Man

Season5: Post Modern Prometheus

Season 6: Triangle, Monday, Arcadia, Field Trip, The Rain King, Drive, Tithonus, and my alltime favorite X-File: The Unnatural (gotta love this one)

Season 7: Closure, First Person Shooter, Chimera, Requiem, Je Souhaite, and my second alltime favorite X-File, Brand X
Season 8: Ummmm i really didnt like any of the non-Duchovny episodes so my favorite ones of this season were the last 5-6 x files that thorughly included Mulder.
