so i don't mean the same actual time! but you know what i mean
actors who have been in 2 or more tv shows which are on air which required them to juggle the taping of both (or more) tv shows.
e.g.
i believe Heather Locklear was in Dynasty and TJ Hooker at the same time and had to juggle filming both in her week.

I think she left Dynasty to work on TJ Hooker.
Usually, an actor cannot do this. they sign contracts for their shows.
The cases where a regular on one show has done a guest star bit on another is uslally when it's the same network or same studio that is producing both shows. Also, an acotr could have an over-all deal at a particular network or studio and then do multi-episodes.

The lady who's taking over the DA slot on Law and Order -- I forget her name...
She's been a regular on both Angel and Bull this year. I guess she's jumping ship on both...

Lisa Kudrow juggled Friends and Mad About You for one season. AND Hank Azaria was on Mad About You and The Simpsons for awhile. In addition, Yeardley Smith is on the Simpsons and Dharma and Greg. Many bit players do primetime and V.O. animation. And then there is always Kevin Bacon...
