A&E has NewsRadio on weekdays at 5:30pm (central). Anyway, the episode Thursday night was about Dave and Lisa trying to "lose" the title of boss. Jimmy James has the staff vote who will be the "winner" (neither one wants the job). Throughout the episode, the staff individually tells Dave that they will vote for him. When the votes are cast, Lisa gets every vote. Dave loses it, asking "what happened?!" The staff confesses to telling Lisa the same things they told Dave. Bill is insistent that he voted for Dave, despite the evidence. Dave becomes the boss because the staff doesn't like him, but they respect him. Whatever.
It seemed an odd coincidence that this "voting" episode aired on the same night as the big Survivor(tm) vote. And it is a coincidence, since the NewsRadio episodes on A&E air in chronological order beginning with the first episode way back a month or so ago.
Just a little observation.
The funniest part of the NewsRadio episode is Dave's reaction when the votes are counted.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Joe's brothers are in this episode, classic.
Beth: "Why did you hit him?"
Joe's brother: "He was makin' a move on me."
Beth: "No he wasn't, he was trying to show some compassion."
Joe: "Actually, I was trying to make a move on him."
