What ever happened to the girlie witch that was turned into a mouse or hamster? They showed her briefly last season when Willow had some power that whatever she said people did, but...we have yet to see or hear about her again. Has anyone heard anything about this?

She is still a hamster. I think it is kind of an ongoing joke for long time viewers. Every once in a while you see the hamster in Willow's room, but they never make a big deal about it. They'll get around to her eventually.

She's the proverbial back pocket character. Bring her out every few episodes just to remind us she's there ... then as the series is climaxing, user her for something grand.

I believe she's a rat and her name is Amy.

Definitely Amy, Amy the Witch. Not sure about the rat or hamster thing. She is a rodent though. :)

Yeah, good old Amy the rat. It's kind of silly to think that Willow can't turn her back with all the power she has now, so I think they've stopped showing the rat. I imagine it's because the actress (Elizabeth Anne Allen) isn't available to be on the show.

The last times i can recall Amy the Mouse being mentioned were, two where she was spoken of- Willow talking about how smart she has gotten, and another (maybe even the same?) where Willow says she swears Amy was giving her "The Evil Eye". The last time she was seen, she was just in the background. It'll no doubt pop up as an episode in future, one that will probably confuse the Hell out of Buffy newbies.
