Oh come on. :) The host of a game show needs to be able to read... or at least feign intelligence. Regis just drives me up the wall with his frequent slip-ups, as well as his phony banter with the contestants that comes straight from cue cards. I'd prefer Anne any day.
Are you kidding? I crack up each time Reege blurts something out that makes no sense, it's nice to see a host who doesn't consider himself 'above' the contestants. This british dolt thinks she's all that! Well, if she ever came to Chicago, I'd kick her haggis-eating ass straight across the ocean.

Haha, me too. Do we really want an English host coming to America and insulting Americans? If I were her, I'd watch my back. She should not be a gameshow host. It should be left to people like Reege who were born to do it..... this host is so freakin annoying. If they were going to bring someone in to act like that, why not make it a hot girl or something?
I saw somewhere where they said NBC has increased security around her. She crossed some people in Britain and death threats have been called in.

I watched the first episode on Monday night...

are you trying to tell me it's been on since then? I hadn't noticed. One more reason to never watch network television.

Geez, some of you folks are so picky. Relax, it's just a show.

It should be promoted as a comedy. When that guy suggested that Thomas Edison wrote the dictionary--ROTFLMAO!! The "exit interviews" are frequently hilarious--so much bitterness over two minutes on a game show! "I would have done better in the next round..." yeah right. "He had it in for me..." snicker.

As long as one or two hotties make it past the first round, the show's okay with me! :)

It's already old to me. Watched 15 minutes of it and while it was fitfully amusing those annoying sound effects and the neo-Matrix sets really turned me off – it's like they have to make it seem much more portentious and serious than they actually did. I've seen enough to know it ain't my cup of tea.
