PowerPoint Question

I've been making a PowerPoint presentation for myself: a multimedia retrospective of the highlights of my decade. I put a lot of pictures and video on it. The PP file is now half a gigabyte. I'm pretty much done with it. My computer runs it, but is running it hard on my computer? I have it on a flash drive that I plug in. It's not on my hard drive. I just want to safeguard my computer. Thank you.

Re: PowerPoint Question

You can create an mp4 video file via the Export function of PowerPoint.

click on File—> Export —> select 480P or 720P for video output, then click on Create Video.

A file that size will take a while to complete, maybe 30+ minutes or so. Write the output file to your computer HDD and copy to your flash drive when it completes.

Good Luck - STXDave
