Text app from IOS to android

Text app from IOS to android

I am switching to android from Apple this week but my kids still have iPads.

Can you all recommend a good text app I can use to text each otherís. I guess whatís app isnít available on the iPad

You can still download it and run it on iPad. iPads can run any iPhone applications.

When you search on the App Store, just make sure you change the filter from "iPad Only" to "iPhone Only" and then you can find and download the app.

Not true for WhatsApp. The iPhone version does not run on the iPad. There are apps that let you access your messages using the web interface, but you have to have the phone version installed on another device.

I see. I haven't actually run into an app like that before, so I didn't know that was possible.

What is "Text each other's " ? i just want to recommend an app to you ,which can help you to switch Android to iPhone , This is a tool that I often use.

Heís not looking for a migration app. He wants an app that will allow him to send texts to WiFi only iPads. Previously he would use iMessages. He canít do that now. Option are apps like Telegram and Signal. I hate it but Facebook messenger is another option. Iíve never tired Google Hangouts.

WhatsApp requires a phone number and can only be used on one device and I think only a phone.
