Trying to Grab a Video for a Lecture...any help???

Hi there. I need a video for a lecture being given but i am finding it impossible to grab the video. I have tried looking through the Source code and identifying the video to grab, used a few plugins for both Firefox and Chrome, but neither grabs it (well one grabbed the stupid advert that played before the video, but not the video). I think its been embedded using Flash, so making it very hard for me. If anyone can help with a solution it would be appreciated. Need it pretty quick as well.

Excellent, many thanks. I managed to now grab it using a plugin. Can i ask how you grabbed the file and changed it to an MP4 recognized format?

If all else fails, you can use Replay Video Capture, which basically records whatever is showing on your screen (you can set a frame). You have to turn off your screensaver for the duration of the recording (otherwise it will record the screensaver), but you can turn off your monitor.
