Any way to get rid of Binkiland?

I had to download Firefox for something and along came Binkiland. I deleted it from Control Panel and it's not showing up in IE tools. Super Anti-Spyware says its still there every time I run it and I don't know how to find it. I click on the red X in SA-S but apparently whatever it sees it can't get rid of. I did a search in Google but all I found were the typical ads for spyware erasers and procedures I've already tried.

Yes but Super Anti Spyware says its still there. I'll have to do one of the other downloads to try. I was hoping to avoid downloading anything else.

I understand
but, the ADWCLEANER DOWNLOAD in the link is safe (ya ya, i know you can't trust me)

Here is another place to get it, bleeping computer is a pretty safe place

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

The thing about anti-virus/malware/adware/etc/etc removal tools is NONE of them work 100%, many times it takes a specific one to get rid of a specific malware, perfectly normal
