Automatically save certain files in specific folders using Windows 7?

Is there a way for my Windows to automatically save files (based on extention) in specific folders when I download them from my browser (Chrome)? For instance, a JPG file (after I right-click and hit "save image as") would then automatically be put in a "Pictures" folder. Similar to AVI would go to "Movies"
