Agent: YASWT (Yet Another Smart Watch Thread)

Seems like a pretty robust smart watch. Qi charging is a nice feature, and they seem to have a pretty good handle on what a smart watch should be and what it should do. I went ahead and paid in at the $200 level (watch + charger, early bird tier was already sold out).

Estimated ship date is December.

I just have to say... Qi is under-appreciated.

That is all.

Functionality is nice, although I would prefer a more distinctive design - this one is not eye catching enough to me.

Qi charging is a bonus, but not a major thing to me since I expect battery life to be around one week (not one day like in a smartphone).

Considering that I haven't bought a smartwatch yet, might as well go for one that's as fully featured as possible.

Looks like those $14 watches you buy at the drug store.

My experience with getting the Pebble watch was pretty bad, but I think their design stands out more. To me the Agent looks too much like a Casio.

The Agent does have a nice wristband though.

Supposedly the display on the Agent is better, and if the functionality can top the Pebble, then it's worth it.

Looks ok, I'm still afraid to trust a Kickstarter for something like this.

Love the idea of using Qi to charge the watch though.

Since they already passed their goal, they're now going to offer leather straps for donors who ordered watches. You can choose which kind you want.

They also said the more money they get, the more they're going to support devs, get more apps on there, a full fledged app store, etc.
