Looking for a Flash Video downloader...

...that I can use which will add a right-click context menu item where if I right-click on a flash video from anywhere, I'll have an option to download said video to my computer. I used to have that capability with Real Player but RP went to shit in a handbasket and that malware won't see the light of day on my computers ever again.

Is there a downloader or media player which will do the same thing RP used to do? I see a bunch of stuff to download YouTube videos but they're mostly limited to downloading just YouTube stuff. I want a downloader/player that I can use to download a Flash video from wherever I might be at the time.

Normally when you right-click on a FLV all you get are flash video properties. I'd like to add a menu item to download the video to my computer.

Thanks.

Re: Looking for a Flash Video downloader...

Seems to work just fine for Firefox! Any that might work with IE? Browser independent?

Thanks!

Not right-clickable, but the Offliberty site (http://offliberty.com/) lets you save most video or audio files (at least what I've tried) from any site, including things like Soundcloud. You can also get an MP3 from any Youtube video. And it works with any browser, I believe.

I highly recommend Ant.com Video Downlaoder. Great tool, easy to use. Installing on your toolbar. Downloads videos in 1 click.
