The easiest way (that I know of) would be to do a screen capture, then paste that in an image editing program (Photoshop, Paint), crop as needed, and save as JPG.

better yet, use microsoft document image writer to print it to a TIF file then convert the tif to a JPG.

- print to JPG. PDFCreator can be set to output to JPG.

- Print to PDF and take snapshot (cutePDF, PDFCreator, etc). Open the PDF with Adobe or Foxit, use the snapshot feature, you can set the DPI higher for a better resolution.

- use ALT+printscreen button to take a snapshot of only the excel window.

- You could even convert the table to html. excel - save as webpage - open htm - copy code. Of course, that'd be a bit messy.

if you are using win 7, you can use the snipping tool.

This is what I was trying to show. It worked using DRG's method, but I was trying to enlarge it a little bit but couldn't figure out how. Everything after my last post seems kind of confusing...I don't think I have a lot of those programs. I only have Office 07, running Vista.

Try to zoom in as big as possible in excel, then hit alt and print screen. But, imo, i think cardiff giant's method would work best and easiest.
