What antivirus to use for servers?

My office partner is setting up a server network for his kid's elementary school. It's a learn-as-you-go job. He can't figure out what antivirus to put on the servers.

He's running Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2011 for the operating system. The setup is two servers, one administrative and one educational, and a bunch of classroom computers.

What kind of AV do you put on a server?

Server AV, duh.

I've read that the free MSE will install on Windows Server, although it's not officially supported:

Has he looked into educational discounts? Not just for the servers, but for the other computers in the school. Are they already using any AV software on any machine?

I was able to get a 3 pack of Symantec for the 'competative upgrade' price of $54 from a reseller.

Re: What antivirus to use for servers?

I generally don't run it on servers. Limited effectiveness, uses too may resources and generally should be pretty well insulated from getting a virus in the first place.
