How many internet-connected devices do you have?
Because I just got an alarm clock that attaches to the internet, it occurred to me that it might be a good time to take a tally of all the IP-address-having things I have at home.
If I include my phone, which is on WiFi when I'm home, I'm now up to 10. And I use them all. In fact, I have some "retired" stuff that I'm not counting.
I figured this might be an interesting topic. Have we had a similar thread before?

Re: How many internet-connected devices do you have?
8 static IPs for hosting servers/email/etc.
4 internal IPs for firewall/active wireless access points
10 internal IPs for desktop/notebooks/NAS that are mostly used daily
3 internal IPs for game systems/BD player
3 internal IPs for smartphones/iPod
Most of them have fixed IPs.
I'm sure there are more that I haven't thought of.

I said 11+ but lets see if I get there....
5 laptops (1 for each of us + spare that floats around)
work laptop via VPN
Wii
PS3
3 phones (iP4, iP3 and son's phone) - I need to check daughters but don't think it has WiFi
Apple Touch
Think that is it.

Re: How many internet-connected devices do you have?
2 desktops (1 PC, 1 Mac)
2 laptops
1 netbook
2 printers
2 iPod Touch
1 iPad
1 nook
2 phones (Android)
1 HDTV
1 Blu-ray player
1 PS3
1 Wii
2 Nintendo DS
1 GoogleTV
1 AppleTV
2 DirecTV boxes
That's actually more than I thought there would be... Most of those are used at least weekly, with the exception of the netbook and the Nintendo systems. The PS3 mainly is used as a DVD/BRD player.

Re: How many internet-connected devices do you have?
2 x laptop
1 x netbook
1 x droid incredible
1 x desktop
1 x xbox360
1 x ps3
1 x wii
1 x wdtv live
1 x psp
1 x nintendo ds
So 11. Maybe 1 or 2 more that I can't think of. I still don't know why I own so many videogame systems, I don't even game much anymore. That said, I generally only use 1 laptop, my droid incredible, the xbox360 and wdtv live.

I can only think of 10:
2 desktops
2 laptops
1 server
1 printer
1 iPhone
1 Blackberry
1 TiVo
1 Roku
The TiVo is going away, since we ditched cable and just use Netflix and Hulu+ on the Roku now.

Whoops, I just read the OP, I have no idea how many of these have IP addresses.

Re: How many internet-connected devices do you have?
Let's see:
Networking backbone for the house:
1 wireless router
2 wireless bridges
Devices:
2 PCs
1 HD DVD player (don't laugh, not even sure if it ever needs to be connected again)
1 Blu-ray player
1 Blackberry
Wow, that's a pretty pathetic showing of internettedness.

We also have one netbook that we don't use anymore and my stepdaughter received an old iBook that I still need to connect to the wireless network (only supports WEP, so I created a virtual network with WEP, but still doing tests on that...)
Edit: Oh yeah, my daughter also has a DSi that is connected to the network but she doesn't use it in daily basis since she got her Touch.
