Hi All,

Recently I am having so many problems with CSRs and customer service in general that I have decided to record the conversations with customer service related calls. I am planning to buy Communicate Pro ( pl. suggest if a better software ) is available.

Where can I get good deals for buying softwares?

Thanks in advance.

If you just want to record telephone conversations, surely a better (and much easier) option would be a tape recorder and one of those suction-cup microphones that you stick onto the phone mouthpiece?

Also, bear in mind that it's illegal almost everywhere to record a phone conversation without the other party's consent...

Yes, I do know that you cannot record without the other person's consent. I am currently recording ( with consent ) using a tape recorder. But tracking it becomes difficult. If it were recorded on a PC then I could name the file as - bestbuy_csr_020201 or something meaninful.

BTW, if I remember Linda Tripp did not record with consent. Correct? If yes then was she taken to court for taperecording secretly?

Thanks

Suharsh
