I would love to see a program which would cycle through a given folder of wallpapers and change them in a certain interval, or maybe on each reboot or something...

Any ideas?

I can't give you a name, but I know that some do exist. Try category or key-word searches at
www.pcwin.com
www.windows95.com
www.shareware.com
www.tucows.com

My friend wrote one of these utilities a few years ago. It's free, but he still maintains and updates it once in a while.

alot of our users like webshots
its seems to be the best for changing your background and using the best backgrounds

of course in user support we really dont suggest these types of programs because they are extreme resource hogs

I personally use WebShots Deluxe, and enjoy it alot. I, for example, copy alot of jpg's of super models, and throw them on WebShots to cycle through them at 15 minute intervals, all of which can be edited. A great proggy! Try http://www.webshots.com for a download.
