Best Uninstalling Utilities ?

I don't even try uninstalling stuff which doesn't have a built in uninstaller

any utilities which would help out uninstalling the other stuff ?

go to control panel - add/remove programs and uninstall it from there.

I once used a program called CleanSweep, where you would activate it, then install a program and it would keep a log of all the programs that were installed; I think it would also track which files were modified.
