I'm trying to reinstall a friends printer (HP 720C) in Win98. They do not have the disk for it and win98 does not have drivers for that printer, they also are without internet access. So at my computer I went to HP.com and got the 4 meg file to set up the printer with new drivers and stuff from scratch. That opens and runs fine on my computer but when I burn it to CD I get an error stating "cannot extract" over and over again.

Anyone have some thoughts on why this won't work or a way around this solution?

Thanks in advance.

Do you mean when someone tries to run it from the CD it gives that error? If so, copy it to the hard drive and do the extract there because it's probably trying to extract to the drive containing the .exe.
