Hi, i made a school project (which is due this Thursday) and I got it onto the computer as an AVI via DV (Firewire). Well, I'd LIKE to save it onto a CD-R as a Video CD... i've got the new Adaptec program which does the burning... all I need as an mpeg. I can convert to mpeg2, but it's telling me that the format of my mp2 isn't totally picture perfect. What specs do I need for an mpeg so that I can burn to cdr as a CDR-DVD? Please help, it's due very soon!

be sure what ever you intend to play it on can play burned CD's (not necessarily just VCD)

get program called TMPGenc......it will do most of the work for you.
