BIOS Problem. Need some help.

Ok so my PC froze tonight (just as i was half way downloading an album from the iTunes store which pissed me off). I got the following error message on a blue screen:

The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI Compliant.
Stop: 0X000000A5 (0X00000011, 0X00000006, 0X0000000, 0X0000000)

I have been having a few issues with what i have suspected is a faulty Ram module. I try booting up using the system recovary disk in the CD drive, however it does not seem to be getting recognized (the drive) and neither the keyboard or mouse are being picked up. So any ideas? Would it seem like i have to replace my Ram modules or anything i can do try and get the system running? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Re: BIOS Problem. Need some help.

Take MB battery out, then put it back in. Bios settings should be reset.

usually there should be a jumper that can force a hard reset of the mobo as well.
