Can't get Napster to load

For some reason, when I try to load Napster, the screen turns gray(like always) with the top left corner showing the "FILE-OPTIONS-HELP" tabs, but that's all I get. My pointer spins like it's still trying to load the page...and it never does. I even waited 10 minutes one time. I have to hit 'end task' to clear Napster off of my screen. I tried re-installing it, and the same thing happens.
Could this have something to do with my new motherboard, sound card, or video card?? It worked just fine before the re-build.
